Every individual dreams of losing weight and hit the dance floors as this is the season of weddings as well as look flawless in all aspects of life. With my personal experience I am going to reveal how I lost my weight without even realizing that I have already lost my weight from 62 kgs to 48 kgs. Hmmmm...!! Amazed? Right? It's the feeling when you know you can wear any kind of clothes you want to for any occasion that comes your way. Whether it be your office wear or lunch with pals or for your dinner date, all seems very easy when you loose weight without realizing it. Suddenly the life seems so amazing and you start feeling good. Without much delay I am gonna tell you the very simple and easy steps to loose your weight and get the required body shape you always wanted.

Steps: 

  • Start your morning with one glass of lukewarm water with one tablespoon of honey and 4-5 drops of lemon. (empty stomach).  Wait for 15 minutes and start your regular diet.
  • For breakfast you can have thick Sattu(roasted gram) drink with black salt / Oats with teaspoon of cocoa powder and a cup of milk with one teaspoon of sugar. I have been drinking Sattu for the past 16 years of now.
  • One important point- Do take stairs instead of escalator wherever you go the whole day.
  • In between the time of your Breakfast and Lunch you can have a cup of Green Tea. The best Green tea that I explored is of Tetley brand with honey and lemon flavor.
  • Have your normal Lunch for the day.
  • Normal Dinner as usual.
  • Half an hour before going to sleep repeat the green tea and say Goodnight to all.😉
